Discovery Reserve—the newest addition to the Budweiser family in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11—brought us on to extend the reach of the product launch with a unique perspective.
As content marketing becomes a key component of customer engagement, we knew we had to create a visual experience that both stood out and tied back into the space travel that inspired the product. So our team helped transform the Budweiser Reserve bottle into Apollo 11 itself, with help from a creator whose experience was a perfect match.
We worked with a photographer who specialized in advanced, anti-gravity methods to capture the short-necked vintage bottle soaring through the sky, emulating space travel. The final experience was shared across @BudweiserUSA’s Instagram Stories on the anniversary of the moon landing, and used for evergreen promotion on Budweiser’s social accounts.
